Step 1

We consider a variety of factors, such as the age of the rug, the type and strength of the threads and fibers, and the dyes and coloring used in the rug. We make particular note of any areas that are stained, worn, or faded.
Step 2

We pretreat stains and then apply our specialty solution that gets worked deep into the rug fibers where it lifts out dirt, dust, allergens, etc.

Our state-of-the-art equipment extracts the dirty cleaning solution, leaving no soapy or filmy residue behind. Our cleaning solution is completely removed, which means your rug stays cleaner longer and doesn’t attract new dirt and stains.

If requested we apply optional treatments such as stain protector or moth repellent.
Step 5

To promote drying, we groom the rug, paying attention to fringe. Grooming lets you see once again just how beautiful your rug is.
Step 6

Drying occurs over a period of 6-12 hours, depending on the size and location of your rug. Area fans, good ventilation, and low humidity will help the rug to dry more quickly and eliminate the potential for mold or mildew to develop.

We always ask you to check the areas of your rug that were pretreated, to make sure stains and spots were removed in the cleaning process – and let us know right away so we can return and retreat the rug.
